The Shoppes at the Venue is the area's newest 100,000 square foot grocery-anchored convenience retail and dining center, currently under development.  The grocery super-store, specialty shops and casual dining are a short stroll from The Venue's three residential communities and the adjacent Sportsplex/Community Center via a landscaped and lighted walking and bicycle path. 

Construction on a new luxurious Hampton Inn and Suites is underway at the nearby Landings at The Venue.  Many other exciting, nationally recognized and local-flavor retail and dining establishments are soon to be announced for this interstate-accessible 60-acre site.
